What is the CAT percentile needed to get in FORE School of Management? Does this college have any management quota?

There is no such "management quota" at FORE. (I would suggest avoiding those colleges which offer such quota. The reason being, do not waste your money on such colleges). Anything above 90 percentile is a safe score. You need to contact institute for the management quota seats and the college is decent enough for an MBA.
