What is the chance of an average student getting admission in IIM and XLRI through CAT and XAT? What should they do?
I have obtained 62%, 66%, 60% in 10th ,12th and B.Com(H).

Hi Aniket,For XLRI, you don't have to worry much about your academic scores. Focus completely on acing your XAT exam and you will stand a great chance to get admission in XLRI. However, IIMS do consider academic background, so it will be quite tough to get into the top IIMS even if you ace the CAT exam.

You have good chances to get IIM or XLRI. Good analytical skill is required to qualify exams like CAT or XAT. It is based on the following as (a) English (b) Quantitative Analysis. i.e Q. A (c) Reasoning. It is speed cum accuracy based test. Regular practices of mock test papers can boost your confidence to get valuable scores.
