What is the chance of conversion? My GD is average and PI is good and work experience of 16 months.

Dear Akash,
It cannot be specifically said that you may get or not get converted based on your GD and PI, as it also depends on the other fellow students. But, your job experience can definitely give you an upper hand than those students who are freshers.
