There is no fix formula. Such cases are solved selectively.
Nowadays Competition is high so one should have master degree in order to get handsome salary.
I suggest you to go for Master degree after completing your bachelor's degree.

Delhi University School of Open Learning is a popular destination for correspondence education and is acceptable for higher studies or jobs as well.
I may suggest you to pick CA, CS or ICWA simultaneously with B.COM so that you have ample opportunities.
