What is the closing rank of IGDTUW for outside Delhi candidates in spot round?

Spot rounds have very spontaneous cut off. It depends on the number of seats available. If the number of seat available are more then closing rank will increase but if seats are less then the closing rank will be same as the last round closing rank.
