What is the CMAT Cutoff for the year 2015-17? what is the CAT cut-off? I have around 4 yrs of exp in IT. Is specialization in IT is offered?

IFMR does not follow a strict cut-off. They give high importance to your profile and SOP. CMAT cut-off will be around 75% and CAT will also be around 75%. IT specialization is not offered alone, it is combined with Operations and it is offered as IT&Operations only.
