what is the code to over ride printer settings and page set up done by client, on client machine,

Say client has done some settings on his machine, say margin-left 20, right 15,landscape ect. But for printing my php page, I need some other margins. So while or after the page is loaded, settings done by me in my code should be effective and not client's settngs.
