You are required to have a visa to go to Australia and Germany for higher education. Germany is part of the European Union, therefore, students from EU countries do not require a visa to go to Germany for studying. Other than EU countries there are several other countries' nationals that do not require a visa to visit Australia and Germany. For Australia, you need to apply for a student visa (subclass 500) and the base application charge for it is AUD650.
