While studying at KFU students can live in the dorms of the students campus in the residential buildings of the Universiade Village in apartments and in hostels.

The Old Dorms has comfortable accommodation of 4 people in the room with sports fields and shops and pharmacies are also there within walking distance.
Universiade Village is one of the largest student campuses in Russiaa and on the territory of Universiade Village there are sports grounds, a supermarket, a canteen, a post office and the student clinic is within walking distance
