Hi Abhishek, When you are applying to Germany for studies as an international student, you have to show funds of around Euro 8000 which is the expense of 1-year. The living expense includes accommodation, food, utility bills, commutation, etc. This amount is required in order to get the visa. On a per month basis, you will need around Euro850. How much you can earn more or save will depend on the salary you get which will depend on the job you are doing. Another advice will be that you compare the living expenses of the different places in Germany. Places like Munich and Cologne are expensive.
