HI,
Undergraduate studies do not have a tuition fee in Germany. You would, however, be required to pay for living in Germany and some related costs. It is roughly about 10 lacs per annum. Here's a link to help you understand

for germany you will have to qualify for their language test.There are lot of difficulties in germany regarding language.

It will be in between 11-13 lakhs and if your marks are good in 12th you can also get scholarship. Some universities also provide you dual specialization courses in engineering which is good from perusing simple engineering so check out with some consultancy serviced.
