The fee payable for Executive PhD at IIM Sambalpur is INR 5.5 lakh. It is divided in 4 intalments which should be paid as follows:

| 1st year | INR 2.5 lakh |
| 2nd year | INR 1 lakh |
| 3rd year | INR 1 lakh |
| 4th year | INR 1 lakh |
The fee amount includes Tuition fee, course material fee, and library resources fee.
