    Dear Rohit,
    For MS course in mechanical engineering. I would suggest you to choose Germany.
    General costing are:
    Tuition: anywhere between 200-600 euros per semester (usually includes free public transportation).
    Living :- If you can live with either a moderate commute or sharing an apartment, you should be able to make a budget of 500-600 Euros a month work just about anywhere, even without living on dry bread and never going out. I'd budget about 300 to 400 for rent/electricity/phone etc.,100 to 150 for food and necessities (like toothpaste, etc.), although that assumes you don't eat out a lot, and the rest for having fun, or irregular
