What is the cost of study abroad? IS there any scholarship for the same?

Study abroad is a vast term. Every country has its admission requirements and fee structure varies too. Some are very expensive like US, while some countries like Germany are very affordable. In general. it can cost around 10000 to 50000 US Dollars depending, where you want to study and

Yes, but you must have an outstanding profile, so even if they do mention it's need based you must be extremely good and need based are mostly for the domestic students.
