The cost is on an average a 500 Euros with additional cost of living every year. However, the admission in German universities is based on high academics & the related information is available on DAAD website. You may have strong LORs & (Recommended) GRE to get admission in good universities in Germany. -

Studying in Germany is very cheap, either it can be free or may cost around 250 to 600 Euros per sem. Additional living expenses would be incurred.
