what is the course fee for distance B-tech course and when do we get the study materials

Dear Vineeth, it is not a B.Tech. degree but AMIE course offered by Institute of Engineers. AMIE is treated as equivalent of B.Tech. for departmental promotions of defense and PSU organizations but based on this, a fresher generally does not get an engineering officer post in most of the private org
