    Hi,
    Usually, it costs around 2-4 lacs per annum, but again it differs from colleges to institutions to universities. There are several choices for pursuing your career in the design field as B. Des Fashion Design, B.Sc. Fashion, B.A. , or Diploma courses as well but amongst all B. Des Fashion Design 4-year programs are considerably more professional and industrial specific in comparison. It carries more weightage in several areas.     Hello Ravi,
    First of all I would say you've chosen the right field. B.Des course has great career prospects as there is good demand of B.des professionals in Design Consultancy
    , Accessory Design Studios
    , Furniture Design
    , Retail Design
    , Architectural DesignElectronics Companies etc. The curriculum differs from university to university but more or less it will mainly focus on sketching & Drawing, Elements of Design , Engineering Graphics Material Exploration, Computer Applications II ( CAD ), Design Methodology etc. For detailed info you can check this link: http://www.upes.ac.in/bdes Hope this helps!     Hi Ravi,
    A candidate must have passed 10+2 (any stream; eg. Science, Commerce, Arts and others) or equivalent OR 10+3 diploma approved by the State Board of Technical Education with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks obtained in the final examination to be eligible for the above-mentioned programme. A candidate appearing for the final examination of 10+2 grade or 10+3 Diploma programme may also apply, provided the results of the examination will be declared by June of the admission year or prior, to be eligible for the above mentioned programme.
