A Colombian citizen holding a law degree (Bachelor of law) intends to pursue law studies in India upon marrying an Indian spouse. I want to pursue BBA LLB in an Indian university, preferably in Mumbai.

For pursuing BBA LLB, you have options to get admission under foreign national category, under which some seats are reserved in every National Law university. In Mumbai, you have two options as MNLU, wherein you can take admission by applying for CLAT.
