    The criteria for appearing in IPU CET B.Tech counselling is considered as a little different for  regular B.Tech courses compared to B.Tech and lateral entry programs:

    • Regular B.Tech Courses:
      • Valid JEE Main scorecard is required. IPU CET scores are not considered for these programs.
    • B.Tech (Biotechnology) & Lateral Entry Programs:
      • JEE Main scorecard is not mandatory. Seat allotment for these programs happens based on your  IPU CET score.

    Candidates should have a valid JEE Main scorecard to apply for IPU CET B.Tech counselling. The admission to B.Tech course is given based on JEE Main score followed by IPU CET counselling. The link for IPU CET 2025 counselling registration and choice filling is made available online on the official website at ipu. admissions. nic. in. To participate in the IPU CET 2025 counselling, candidates need to pay the counselling participation fee.
