The Bar Council of India (BCI) prescribes the eligibility criteria of AIBE XVII (17). Candidates must meet the AIBE XVII (17) 2022 eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria includes academic qualification, registration with state bar council and others. You should have completed either the 5 year LL.B. Or the 3 year LL.B. Candidates failing to meet the AIBE eligibility criteria will not be eligible for the Certificate of Practice (CoP). Bar Council of India will conduct AIBE XVII (17) 2022 in offline mode, across the country.
