Hi,
To be eligible for fashion design course, you need to pass 12th in any stream with 50%. You need to appear in the entrance exam.
Some of the renowned fashion design institutes are :
-Hamstech Institute of Fashion and Interior Design ( HAMSTECH )
-NIFT
-LISAA School of Design
-Pearl Academy

If you are a graduate you can apply for the Professional Diploma in Fashion Technology. But if you are an undergraduate, it is best to pursue a Advanced Diploma in Fashion Technology. The eligibility for courses at the undergraduate level is Class-12, with any combination of subjects.
