What is the criteria for GATE? How to prepare for GATE?

I have passed B.E in 2011 - 57% and to apply in PSU 65% is the minimum requirement.

Well its not possible for you to apply GATE 2014 on basis of 57 %. but if your universities will allow you to appear for final year exam just to increase your percentage this is the only thing you can do. Sorry to say but u cant do any thing to this as per norms it is compulsory to have more than 65% .
