What is the criteria for pursuing engineering from Kolkata? Which college I may get with the rank of 31636 WBJEE?

I have passed 12 with 59% marks and scored 104 in jee mains and have a rank of 31636 in wbjee.but i have got only 34 in physics i.e 14 in theory and 20 in practical.
