What is the criteria for pursuing MS from US? Is it mandatory to clear all the backlogs to pursue the same?

I am a Test Engineer with 4yrs of work Experience, I have done B.Tech with ECE and scored 57% (aggregate) with 15 backlogs.

Most univ have december 15 as the last date.

Yes, you should be a graduate of at least 4 years duration with 60% and above and preferably from a NAAC rated A grade university. This is the basic criteria. Alongwith this you may need to pass GRE as well as IELTS/ TOEFL
