What is the criteria for qualifying REET exam?

To qualify the REET (Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers) exam, candidates need to secure the minimum qualifying marks set by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE). The minimum qualifying marks for each paper are as follows: A) For Paper-I: Candidates belonging to the General category need to score at least 60 per cent marks, while candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS categories need to score at least 55 per cent marks to qualify the exam. B) For Paper-II: Candidates belonging to the General category need to score at least 60 per cent marks, while candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS categories need to score at least 55 per cent marks to qualify the exam. It is important to note that qualifying the REET exam does not guarantee a job. Candidates who qualify the exam will be issued a Certificate which will remain valid for a lifetime. Candidates can use this Certificate to apply for the post of teacher in schools in Rajasthan.
