Yes, you are eligible to take SAT after high school. Even after your college graduation, you can appear for SAT exam. There are no restrictions on taking SAT after graduating from any type of institution. There is also no age bar for students as to when are they taking SAT. If you are interested, consider applying well in time before the actual registration date. Even if you come with accommodations, you will have to prove your disabilities. You will still be eligible to take SAT.

Yes, for most of UG programs at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, SAT and ACT scores are compulsory. They expect a SAT score between 1420 and 1540 as per the student profile.
