    The SSC JHT exam is conducted to hire translators in the government. The criteria to apply for the JHT are as follows:
    1. Your age must be between 18 and 30 years old.
    2. You need to have a master's degree in either Hindi or English .
    3. If your degree is in any other subject than Hindi or English . It must be either an elective subject or a medium of examination.
    4. You need to have a Diploma or Certificate of translation from Hindi to English and vice versa.
    5. If you do not have the Diploma or Certificate you need to have two to three years of experience in translation in any government office.
