If you are not a Maharashtra domicile student then you are not eligible for Maharashtra quota seats. You can still apply for all India quota seats via CMAT / CAT exam.

If you are not a Maharashtra domicile student then also you can apply for MHCET and give some other exam. There is all India quota through which you can get in there.

In that case, you will get admission under All India category. The cutoff for All India category as per 2017 was 99.95 percentile.
