You can apply online from lpu website OR Visit lpu campus. Also LPU has number of admission centers across various cities of India contact them

Sir, to take admission in M.ed course in Lpu, you need to come to LPU or aqny of its distance education center during 1 june to 30 july for more details you can go to this link http://www.lpu.in/
