What is the criteria to appear for the entrance exam of MA in English of Dibrugarh University?

Hello Kangkana,
On the website of Dibrugarh University, I could not find any information on eligibility. However, another web portal is saying that one can appear for the entrance exam for admission in MA English provided the candidate has obtained 40% marks in graduation.
