what is the criteria to apply canadian universities for MS in mechanical field.?

i want to work in canada.so i need a canadian M.S or PGD.but i need know which is best for well recognition and job opportunities.i finished my B.E mechanical with 68% and do have work exp for about 1.5 years.plss help me..

You should write GRE and TOEFL first... Based on the scores obtained in GRE, you can apply to the universities you wish. University of Toronto, Schulich University, University of Windsor ar well spoken in academia...
