To become a lecturer after pursuing M.Com you should apply for the UGC NET Exam. The minimum education qualification to appear in UGC NET Exam is postgraduation (55% aggregate compulsory). 5% relaxation will be available for reserved category candidates. There is no age limit to apply for this exam
