Every B-School has its own rules to decide candidates for calling them for second stage I.e. GDPI. Generally, it is based on different weight-ages to entrance exam scores, sectional cutoff, academic record at 10th, 12th and graduation degree. Some B-Schools have weight-age for diversity and work exp
