    Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects as optional subjects with a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects.

    For B.Tech Admissions in IITs, NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, the candidate must score 75% or above it or be in top 20% percentile in class 12th exam conducted by the board. For SC/ST it is 65% in 12th Board. Generally, it is 60% or above 60% for maximum colleges other than IITs, NITs, IIITs, CFTIs. Also Eligibility Criteria Changes from College to college or we can say it changes according to States. Some States have 50% or above. Some have 60% or above. So one should look while admission process. For eligibility criteria of JEE Mains refer the link below:
