Hi Srushiti,
Firstly there is no percentage criteria required to apply CDSE..
For exam you should have below criteria -
1)minimum age must be 21 years
2)Maximum age is allowed up to 30 years
3)you must have a minimum of Graduation from a recognized university
4)you must be an Indian Citizen
