Hi, To practice as a lawyer in India, a regular law program is required. The part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India. Also refer- http://www.barcouncilofindia.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/BCIRulesPartIV.pdf Good Luck.
