What is the criteria to pursue BE after completing diploma in Civil Engineering?

After diploma in Civil engineering, you may join lateral B.Tech course in which you can directly enter into the second year. Degree course will open more opportunities for you.

Mr.DigVijay,as you are an employee it would be fine for you to do B.E in Distance Mode or open Degree process without leaving your job and wasting your time.
Many universities in India offers B.E in Civil Engineering through distance mode.
