What is the criteria to pursue M.Sc Mathematics through distance after B.Tech Electronics and Communication engineering?
I have completed B.Tech ECE in 2008. Currently I am working in Private sector. It is impossible for me to leave the job right now and pursue any course in Full Time. I want to study M.Sc Maths and want to work as a lecturer after completing it.

Hi,
* To pursue M.Sc Mathematics, you need to pass B.Sc in the related field with minimum 50%.
* Some of the colleges offering M.Sc Maths through correspondence mode are :
-Institute of Technical and Professional Studies, Bhubaneswar
-Annamalai University, Lake Gardens, Kolkata
-Weblink Busine

You can do M.Sc. after B.Tech. but it will not benefit you in any manner. Firstly, even if you get a job as lecturer in private engineering college, your remuneration will be quite low. If you seek, government colleges, then you will have to clear NET exam first and then compete for advertised posts
