What is the criteria to pursue M.Tech in Aeronautical engineering? What are the job opportunities available in India and abroad?

I am pursuing B.Tech in Mechanical engineering (3rd year).

    Yes, you can pursue. To pursue M.Tech Aeronautical engineering, candidates need to pass B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 50% and 45% for reserved categories from a recognized university. Candidates need to sit for an entrance exam.
    Some of the good colleges offering M.Tech aeronautical engineering are :
    -M.V.J. College of Engineering
    -Hindustan University
    -Nehru Institute of Engineering & Technology
    -Indian Institute of Science (IISc)
    -Karpagam University
    -Park College of Engineering And Technology

    Yes, you can pursue aeronautics as your specialization for M Tech.
    There is also the Associate Membership Examination of the Institute of Engineers (AMIE), which enables working people in the private and public sector, or diploma holders to acquire a Bachelor's engineering degree through distance education by studying the syllabus and appearing for the Associate membership examination of the Institute of Engineers (AMIE) conducted by ASI ('The Aeronautical Society of India'). This degree is equivalent to aeronautical engineering degree. Those with a degree in electronics, mathematics or physics can also find opportunities in this area.
