Generally, to pursue M.Tech automobile engineering, candidates need to pass B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 50% and 45% for reserved categories from a recognized university. Candidates need to sit for an entrance exam.

I don't think this is a good option. Why don't you try in Aeronautical itself? You can find some good institutes in Middle East and in Singapore.
