What is the criteria to pursue Master's?

Completed 10th,12th,2years lateral diploma after 12th and 3yrs Engineering course completed but no degree because of 24 arrears.and now working in good company.

If you are a Civil Engineer, you can pursue BBA Construction Management from Samvit School of Infrastructure Business, Pune which has evening classes and you can continue with your job.
