What is the criteria to pursue one year B.Ed through distance education in Delhi?

Hello Sir, I am currently studying in DBRA University, Agra (B.Sc III). After B.Sc, I will go for coaching for an exam. I do not want to waste my one year, so I want to do one year B.Ed through Distance education.
