I am working as a teacher. I have completed M.Sc & B.Ed.

Hi,
Generally, to pursue PhD you need to pass master's / M.Phil. You need to sit for an entrance exam.
Some of the institutes offering PhD are :
-Anna University
-Acharya Nagarjuna University
-Banaras Hindu University
-Indian Institute of Science
-Jadavpur University
-Jain University
-Coimbato

-Symbiosis PhD Entrance Examination

Different universities offers scholarships for different Ph.d programs.So,Please mention the area in which you want to do Ph.d.
