What is the criteria to pursue Undergraduate courses from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies?

I am a 11th Grader from Mumbai. I am learning Japanese and giving the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) for N5 and N4 levels in 2014 itself. I wish to pursue my career in Japan in Cultural Studies or Sociology.
