What is the criteria to take admission in the University of Delhi for B.Ed? When will admission process begin for 2018-19?

I am in the final semester of B.Sc and have an average of 76%. Can I apply for this? I come under the reserved category of SC. Please provide all the necessary information about the admission procedure and fee structure.
