To take the CAT, it is mandatory to have pursued atleast a three year graduate course and secured 50 percent marks in the graduate course. For SC/ST, the required pass percentage is 45 percent. -

To appear for CAT exam, you need to have Bachelors degree in any discipline with minimum 50 percent marks in graduation (45 percent for SC/ST category).
