what is the CSE average package this year. is it better than NIT Jamshedpur.

my OBC rank is 4097 and my general rank is 18500. should I opt for CSE at NIT Jamshedpur or cse at BIT mesra

For CSE placement, bit Mesra is slightly better than NIT Jamshedpur in placement but for branches other than CSE NIT Jamshedpur will be a better option.
