The CUET cutoff of AIET is usually 150. Apart from CUET, admission in the institute also considers entrance exams such as JEE Main and UPCET. Recent cutoff ranks in JEE Main are:
     B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering : 180,130
B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering: 218,478
For MCA, the UPCET cutoff rank is around 14,191. Please note that these cutoffs may vary year-to-year depending on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of exams, and the number of seats available. Always look for the most recent information available on AIET's website.
