<p>Category-wise cutoff for AIIMS Delhi MBBS admission in 2023 on NEET UG rank basis is as follows: Generals, closing rank-57; EWS, closing rank-258; OBC, closing rank-255; SC, closing rank-989; ST, closing rank-1624; General-PwD, closing rank-1018; OBC-PwD, closing rank-20882; SC-PwD, closing rank-77386; EWS-PwD, closing rank-145610. As for NEET qualifying scores, 117 marks were required for the general category (50th percentile) and 93 marks for SC/ST/OBC (40th percentile). </p>
