You can appear for NEET and AIIMS and the cut off can go upto 147 marks in NEET.

For B.Sc. In Medical Radiology, you need to have passed your 10+2 exam or any equivalent degree and have appeared NEET with 50% of the maximum percentile, which usually ranges from 100-140 out of 720 every year.
